RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We reserve the right to accept or deny refunds, returns, exchanges, and store credit. Please review our full policy below before making a purchase.

If your return is accepted, return-related costs are covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns for Store Credit
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returns are only eligible for items in new, acceptable condition β€” unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photo proof may be required before approving a return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale β€” no returns, exchanges, or store credit

Special Exceptions: If your situation requires special consideration, please contact us β€” we'll do our best to find a solution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges follow the same condition guidelines as returns.

  • Sale items are final sale β€” no exchanges

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photo proof may be required. Email us at support@gothicmania.com with your order number and photos.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received β€” unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging β€” along with proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee is deducted from your refund on all returned items, except where the item was damaged or defective through no fault of the customer.

  • Items below $50 β€” $4 fee
  • Items $50–$60 β€” $5 fee
  • Items $60–$100 β€” $6 fee
  • Items above $100 β€” $8 fee

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
